The service charges have been partially revised. As such, the following will be our services charges effective
from 25th July, 2011 :
1. PAY ORDERS
For Amount upto Rs.5,000/-

For Amount above Rs.5,000/- and upto Rs.10,000/-

For Amount above Rs.10,000/-
@ Rs.1.50 per 1000, Minimum Rs.32/-

2. DEMAND DRAFTS
a) HDFC Bank ( Through a/c )
For Amount upto Rs.5,000/-

For Amount above Rs.5,000/- and upto Rs.10,000/-

For Amount above Rs.10,000/- and upto Rs.1 lac
Rs. 2/- per 1000, Minimum Rs.32/-

b) Where DDs are arranged through other Banks, commission shall be charged as per the tariff of those
Banks.

a) Service Charges for Outstation Cheque Collection
For Amount upto Rs.5000/-
Rs. 25/- + Service Tax
For Amount above Rs.5,000/- to Rs.10,000/-
Rs. 50/- + Service Tax
For Amount above Rs.10,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/-
Rs. 100/- + Service Tax
For Amount above Rs. 1,00,000/-
Rs. 3/- per 1000/- + Service Tax
b) In case collecting bankers charges are higher than the above, actual charges shall be levied, plus
our commission Rs.10/-
c) The above rates of Services Charges are including postage/courier charges.
d) If the proceeds are for credit of Term deposit for minimum of 1 year, the instruments may be
collected at par.
4. RTGS/ NEFT/ Online Tax Payment
Rs. 10/- per transaction
5. INWARD BILLS FOR COLLECTION
Rs.3.50/- per 1000 subject to minimum of Rs.20/-.
Actual postage and DD commission to be recovered
in addition to commission.
6. NO DUES CERTIFICATE
Issuing No Dues Certificate to other financial institutions
Rs.20/-
7. CONFIRMATION OF SPECIMEN SIGNATURE/ISSUE OF CREDIT REPORT
For obtaining loan from finance companies and for any other purposes
Rs.30/-
8. BANK GUARANTEE : Guarantee shall be issued against sufficient security

Fee @ 2% of the amount per annum subject to minimum of Rs.250/-

Penal Int. @ 2% p.a. if monthly turnover in the account is less than 40% of the sanctioned limit. Penal interest may be charged proportionately
at monthly / quarterly intervals.
